Smoothie- porridge mix (vegan + gf)

Ingredients
  • Ingredients (smoothie):
  • ½ banana
  • ½ orange
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 150 ml milk of your choice (I used coconut-almond milk)
  • 2-3 tbsp yogurt of your choice (I used vegan vanilla yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut (opt.)
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • agave syrup for the sweetness
  • Ingredients (Porridge + Chia seeds):
  • 1 handful oats
  • some milk of your choice (I used coconut-almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp yogurt of your choice (I used vegan vanilla yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • nuts of your choice (such as walnuts, hazelnuts,...)
  • 2 tbsp "Good Morning Mix" by naehrstoff-Reich (link ↓) (opt.)
  • swollen chia seeds
Instructions
  1. For the smoothie mix the fruits in a mixer and add milk + yogurt little by little. I used some agave syrup for the sweetness, grated coconuts for the special taste and linseed oil for my health as well.
  2. For the rest just blend oats, milk and yogurt together and let it swell for some minutes. Afterwards add hemp seeds, nuts and the good morning mix to the oats and add some more milk if it's too gooey. In the end you can add some more chia seeds to your smoothie-porridge-layer breakfast. (:
